Our Stylist Level System

 

Service pricing at Salon Central will vary depending on the stylist you see. Prices are determined by the experience levels, areas of expertise, and demands on our time. We offer several levels of pricing, please feel free to ask for a quote before your service begins. Please keep in mind any prices quoted are only an estimate and do not reflect the final cost of service at checkout.

Appointments

 

We ask that you make sure to confirm your appointments ahead of time. We send reminder and confirmation notifications via text and/or email. Reminder notifications go out 7 days before your reserved service. Confirmation notifications go out 48 hours before your reserved service. At this time may either confirm, cancel, or request to reschedule. 

 

This service is a courtesy, and remembering your appointment is your own responsibility. Please note that requesting to reschedule is not the same as a cancellation and your reserved appointment will not automatically be moved/cancelled. A guest services team member will reach out to assist with rescheduling.

Salon Etiquette

 

Please arrive to your reserved appointment on time and ready to begin. If you are going to be late we ask that you contact the salon as soon as possible. If you are late for an appointment it may be necessary to shorten or reschedule your service entirely. Children are welcomed to accompany you, however for liability reasons they are not permitted in the styling area unsupervised.

Refunds

 

We do not offer refunds on services, but we always guarantee our work and will gladly address or correct any concern you may have. You have 7 days from the date of your original service to come back at no charge. Please get in touch with the salon as soon as possible.

We do not offer refunds on any products purchased in the salon. If you are unhappy with a product you may bring it back for an exchange. Difference in pricing between products may charged or credited to your account.

Gratuities

 

Unfortunately tips cannot be added to credit card transactions. If you'd like to tip any of our salon staff we ask that you use cash or Venmo. We apologize for any inconvenience. There are ATMs located in the shopping strip at Wells Fargo Bank and Shuvam Beer & Wine.
